NiveoCraft exists to solve a specific problem in resort towns: the people and guests are there, but the housing isn’t — and conventional construction can’t keep up.
Who we are
NiveoCraft brings together high-end custom-home and outdoor-living design and the speed and repeatability of factory construction. The result is resort-grade buildings delivered on a timeline that fits a season — not a multi-year capital plan.
NiveoCraft is led by its two co-founders: one bringing more than two decades in premium outdoor-living and architectural design, the other a Colorado luxury custom-home builder. Together they bring that standard of craft into a modular process.
What we hold to
We start from custom-home standards and adapt them to modular — not the other way around.
Four months means four months. We schedule backward from your opening date and hold to it.
Climate-specific envelopes and durable materials, engineered for hard, year-round seasonal use.
